At Dinah Jamyes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process for our Curio Cabinets, Bar Stools, Buffet Tables, and Sideboards.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

You can return or exchange items within 30 days of receiving your order. After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges.
1.2. Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that have been damaged, altered, or show signs of use are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
1.3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns, such as:
- Custom-made or personalized furniture
- Items purchased on final sale or clearance
- Gift cards
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

2.2. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your return or exchange. If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

If the item being returned is not in its original condition or is missing parts that were not due to our error, we reserve the right to deduct from your refund.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

If you wish to exchange an item, we will gladly assist you. Once we receive and inspect the item you want to exchange, we will process the new item’s shipment. Please note that the time it takes to receive the exchanged product may vary depending on your location.
